Jervois Apartments is a high-end residential development in Auckland's Herne Bay by property company Artifact. The eight-unit apartment building is a bespoke design by award winning architects Monk Mackenzie.

BBA provided design advice to ensure a luxury acoustic standard was achieved for internal services, sound insulation between apartments and for control of traffic noise through the building façade. A quality solution was delivered in keeping with the architectural aesthetic to provide a high level of acoustic amenity for apartment occupants.
