On Coronation is a mixed use development by Nest or Invest Group comprising 22 architecturally designed apartments, a café situated in the existing refurbished homestead and several ground-floor office spaces.

BBA provided advice from the Resource Consent stage, ensuring council sound insulation criteria were achieved for the facade as well as construction noise and vibration requirements, through to Building Consent approval, ensuring a quality acoustic standard was achieved for sound insulation between apartments.
